BHS band unveils its new look for 2010 Friday at 6 p.m.
It's an all-new band season coming your way soon at Harmon Field most Friday nights this fall.
The Bluffton High School band is in summer band camp rehearsals this week. According to Dave Sycks, band director, the band will perform an informal marching band show for parents and the public on the Harmon Field practice field at 6 p.m., Friday, Aug. 20.
"We will be performing our first show, hopefully some of our second show and pre-game, said Sycks.
At 6:30 p.m. the band will depart for the Allen County Fair band show.
"We are performing sixth out of 12 bands at the band show," said Sycks. Bluffton is expected to perform around 8 p.m.
This year's shows include a Journey show, a Broadway show and a Michael Jackson show.
