Van Buren outlasts Lady Pirates 7-1

The Bluffton High School girls' soccer team lost a tough match on Sept. 2 to Van Buren.
Bluffton hosted the Van Buren Knights. Approximately 3 minutes into the game Van Buren shot its first goal of many. Soon the score was 3-0.
Dulle had a left-footed shot close to half time for Bluffton. Her shot was assisted by Jill Steinmetz.
Now the score was 3-1 starting the second half. Bluffton held up for 20 in the second half but then let up and Van Buren scored another two goals. Getting tired and frustrated, Bluffton shut down, leaving the final score Van Buren 7 Bluffton 1.
