Town hall due for exterior masonry update
Bluffton council will hear updates from the village administrator on several projects underway this month during the Monday council session.
According to Jesse Blackburn, village administrator, E. Lee Construction will perform exterior masonry maintenance to the town hall. The work includes cleaning the building, tuck-pointing, brick replacement, stone repair, sealants and caulk joint replacement, window cleaning and adding one coat of water repellent to the building.
Patriot Concrete is scheduled to begin the remaining sidewalk connectivity projects beginning the week of June 18.
Final design and construction estimates of the Buckeye park restrooms are anticipated this week.
