Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. followed by the one-hour program at 8 a.m. The seminar is presented by Group Benefits Agency, Inc., a preferred partner of the Community Bankers Association of Ohio.

o Small business premium tax credits
o Group plans will be required to comply with IRS Section 105 (h)
o Prohibition of lifetime limits on the dollar value of benefits
o Extension of coverage for dependents up to age 26 (28 in State of Ohio)
o Elimination of pre-existing condition provisions for children age 19 and undero Mandating of specific preventive services.
Area business owners are invited to attend, however space is limited. Those wishing to attend should RSVP to [email protected]. If the 8 a.m. session fills up, a second session will be added at 9:30 a.m. Attendees will be notified via email which session they are registered for.
