Can you hear the roar?
It’s the 2020 presidential election boiling to a conclusion in Bluffton. And, the outcome of the election will affect your attitude until the cycle begins again four years from now.
With voting underway and the final presidential debate concluded, here is a look at how Bluffton and Richland Township voters cast presidential ballots since 1908.
Our community is in the center of a Republican stronghold. It became so, coincidentally when women gained the right to vote in 1920. Prior to that, voters here supported Democrat presidential candidates. Two exceptions to GOP wins were in 1932 and 1936.
