The visiting Bluffton High School girls tennis team lost 4-1 to Upper Sandusky
Thursday evening, September 22.
The Pirate record dropped to 3-11 with the defeat.
Junior Brooke Camper posted the lone Pirate win at first singles by rallying to win a three-set battle. Camper beat senior Lauren Schoenberger 2-6, 6-2, 6-2.
The sophomore duo of Brooklyn Moser and Kaleigh Coffman lost a tough match at second doubles 6-4, 7-6 (9-7 tiebreaker).
Sophomore Rory Youngpeter also lost a close bout at third singles by a 3-6, 6-3, 6-1 score.
Bluffton visits Lima Senior Thursday, Sept. 29.
