Sand Volleyball Tournament on July 7
Southgate Lanes bowling alley is hosting a Gwin Girls Benefit sand volleyball tournament and charity event on July 7. Games start at 6:00 p.m., with a meeting at 5:00 p.m. All teams must be registered before 5:30 p.m.
The preregistration cost is $100 per team and day-of registration is $120 per team. The winning team will receive $200. Each team must have 4 people, with at least one female player. To make a reservation, text 419-610-9043. Limited space is available.
The organizers posted these rules:
- This is a laid-back tournament and we expect teams to be honest and call their own.
- Scorer is just there to keep score.
- No line or net judge is needed.
- No open hand tips.
- No setting over.
- Can open hand service.
- Call your own doubles. Only looking for a multiple contacts on the ball.
- Let’s have fun and raise tons of money for the girls!
