Immunization clinic for 7th and 12th grade students
A reminder from the Bluffton Exempted Village Schools:
Students going into the 7th and 12th grade during the 2023-2024 school year are required to receive the meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine for entry. This is a two-dose requirement and all seniors should have received their first dose going into the 7th grade.
This will be the 7th graders’ first dose and the seniors’ second dose.
The Allen County Health Department will be doing an onsite clinic at Bluffton Middle School on Weds. August 9, 2023 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. A letter and a form were mailed out in June to take to the onsite clinic which must be completed ahead of time by the parent.
You can also stop in the Bluffton Middle School or High School office and pick up a form. You can take your child to your own physician, a Health Department or attend this clinic to get their vaccination.
Prior to school starting on Monday, August 28, proof of receiving the vaccine needs to be:
Dropped off in the Middle School or emailed to [email protected]/
Dropped off in the High School office or emailed to [email protected]/
