Peggy Ann Ruggley worked at Marbeck Center
Peggy Ann Ruggley, 74, passed away December 31, 2023 at the Meadows of Delphos. Peggy was born May 13, 1949 in Bluffton to the late Harold and Mildred (Grismore) Ruggley.
Peggy was a graduate of Bluffton High School and worked at Marbeck Center in the food service department at Bluffton College for many years. She enjoyed gardening and needlework.
Peggy was an avid Bluffton Beaver fan as so many that loved her know. She was an eccentric, warm and caring person in so many loving ways…if she met you once, she knew YOUR birthdate and most of your family members as well. So…for all that knew and loved Peggy, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Marie Ruggley of Butler, Kentucky; a nephew, Ray (Sue) Ruggley of Lima and eighteen nieces and nephews.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Larry Ruggley, Ray Ruggley, Sr. and a sister, Diana Mae Ruggley.
Peggy's services will begin at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2024 at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton with Ron Geiser officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be Monday, January 8, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Meadows of Delphos.
