Brass Quartet Concert on Sunday, April 7
Bluffton University will present a spring Brass Quartet concert at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 7 in Yoder Recital Hall.
Under the direction of Dr. Roy Couch, the Bluffton University Brass Quartet will perform a variety of pieces including “Be Thou My Vision,” “How to Train Your Dragon” and “Sweet Caroline.”
There will also be a piece originally written for the brass quartet composed by Alain Lopez. This piece is a Latin-style dance called “Orange Tango.”
This event is free and open to the public.
Arts at Bluffton events are made possible due to generous support from donors including David Bertsche ’57, James ’83 and Rhonda (Louis ’84) Fox, Lowell ’62 and Marty (Badertscher ’62) Hostetler and the Krehbiel-Raid-Pankratz Endowment.
