NOTICE May 7 public hearing on re-zoning of parcels by Richland Township
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Richland Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Wed, May 7th , at 7:00 p.m. at the township garage, 8435 Dixie Hwy. Bluffton, Ohio. This hearing is to consider the following amendments to the Township's Zoning Resolution and Map as recommended by the Richland Township Zoning Commission;
To re-zone the following parcels, or portions thereof, near the intersection of Dixie Hwy and Napoleon Rd. from Manufacturing 2 to Agricultural to better align with the Township's Comprehensive Plan and existing uses;

To make the following changes to the Richland Township Zoning Resolution;
a. Section 12.25.1 paragraphs L and M - remove last sentence and replace with “ Solar Farms and/or Wind Farms are not permitted in any area of the Township.”
b. Section 12.25.5 – Remove sections A through G, and add “ Solar Farms and/or Wind Farms are not permitted in any area of the Township.”
