Do you have a question about your vehicle, but are afraid to ask for an answer? If so, help is on the way
Do you have a question about your vehicle, but are afraid to ask for an answer? Doty's Auto Repair, 180 E. Jefferson St., Bluffton, will answer all your questions during a free "quick car course," at 9 a.m., Saturday, April 30, at the Doty's business.
The event is open to the public and will enable persons attending to ask all the questions they want. The event is open to persons of all ages.
Registration takes place at 9 a.m. From 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. those attending will have a chance to visit three stations:
1 - Changing tires
2 - Looking underneath a car - while it is on a rack
3 - Looking under the hood
Participants will gain some easy tips that they can do for themselves that could save them money, particularly in an era of rising gas prices.
Amy Doty said that the event hopes to cover how to check tire pressure, how to inflate tires, change tires, look at your brakes, check fluids such as oils, transmission and washer fluids under the hood.
The idea for the free program came recently when someone ruined a tire and admitted that he did not know how to change it.
Persons with questions may contact Doty's at 419-358-8915 or e-mail Amy Doty at [email protected].
