The Bluffton Middle School Student Senate will hold a spaghetti dinner at Bluffton Middle School on Friday, Oct. 14, prior to the LCC/Bluffton football game.

The dinner will be held from 4-6 p.m. and will include spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, bread stick and a cookie. Meals are $6 each. Tickets may be purchased from any middle school student or in the Middle School office.

Proceeds will benefit student activities held throughout the school year.

A strong St. Marys team put an end to the record-breaking winning streak of the Bluffton High School girls tennis team Monday, scoring a 4-1 decision over the visitors.

The Roughrider girls, an upper division team in the Western Buckeye League, ran their record to 11-4 by taking two of the three singles matches and both doubles events. BHS is now 10-2 after its 10-match victory skein ended.

Upper Sandusky slipped past Bluffton girls' 1-0 in varsity soccer on Sept. 27.
