Monarch and insect pollinators event Oct. 19 at Moyer Nature Center
Naturalist Amy Norris will update the community about the Moyer Nature Center’s new designation as a monarch waystation at 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Bluffton University Nature Preserve.
Norris will also discuss creating habitats to help native insect pollinators. The introduction will be followed by a walk to view the habitats as well as the preserve’s native wildflowers, shrubs and fall foliage. All ages are welcome at this event.
Entrance to the Moyer Nature Center at the Bluffton University Nature Preserve is 10625 Augsburger Road.
