Hannah Davis earns September Student of the Month recognition
The Bluffton High School student of the month for September 2022 is Hannah Davis, a senior with a 4.000 GPA. She is the daughter of Jane and Jon Inniger of Bluffton and Tim and Wendi Davis of Findlay.
Hannah is a member of the National Honor Society and Latin Club. She received student of the year in Latin 1 her sophomore year and in CP English 11 her junior year.
She is in marching, concert and pep bands. She is in the District III honors band and is a Jazz Band 2-time member.
Hannah is vice president of the high school band. In Solo and ensemble contests she received a "Superior" rating class B solo her freshman year and a "Superior" rating class A solo her junior year (trumpet).
Hannah is a 3-time Gold Scholar Athlete. She has pitched for the varsity softball team the past three years at BHS and plans to play again this spring. She received Second Team All Conference NWC in softball for 2022 and she also received the Pirate Award in softball.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys playing the piano and trumpet, listening to music and spending time with family and friends. She volunteers at the Mennonite Memorial Home and has also taught trumpet lessons for one year.
After graduation, Hannah plans to attend Ohio Northern University, majoring in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business.
