Essential information about Bluffton Community Pool in 2024
Blufton’s “friendly neighborhood pool manager” Jennifer Wilson has provided the following information on the pool Facebook page regarding the 2024 season at Bluffton Community Pool, 205 Snyder Rd.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Opening Friday, May 31
- Monday - Friday 12:00 - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday - Sunday 1:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- Adult lap swim 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday
ADMISSION
- Daily admission is $4.00 per person including adult lap swim.
- Children 2 and under are free.
CONTINUES
MEMBERSHIPS AND PUNCH CARDS
10-visit punch cards are $35. Family memberships are $160 for residents and $200 for non-residents. This includes 2 adults and 3 children. Additional children can be added for $25.
Grandparents cannot be added to the family pass. There are discounted passes for those over 65.
Single passes are $80 for residents and $100 for non-residents.
SWIMMING LESSONS
Three sessions of swim lessons are planned beginning the last week of June. Registration begins May 31.
Sessions are two weeks, 11:15-11:45 Monday - Thursday), providing 8 half-hour lessons.
Cost for pool members is $40; non-member cost is $50.
To register, call, stop by the pool, or message the manager on Facebook. Private lessons are available for $100, spots are limited.
RENTALS
Rentals are $275 for two hours. The pool may be rented after open swim hours.
Paperwork must be filled out at the pool and a $25 deposit is required to secure your date.
SWIM MEETS
The pool will close for three Bluffton Sardines swim meets–on June 6, 13, and 17–and the WOAL Swim Championships on July 12-13.
