The village coouncil's committee on Streets, Alleys, Lights and Sidewalks will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8. Renewed interest in improving pedestrian safety at Main St. and College Ave. is expected to be a topic of discussion. The meeting will take place at Bluffton Town Hall, 154 N. Main.
The Bluffton University men's basketball dropped to 4-17 overall and 2-12 in the Heartland Conference as they hosted the Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers on February 4, 2023. Rose improved to 12-9 with a 9-5 mark in the HCAC. Saturday marked the final Alumni Day with Head Coach Guy Neal manning the sidelines and he was honored for his 34 years at the helm following the game.

On Feb. 28 Bluffton High School will be giving the ACT college admissions exam to all Juniors. Therefore, students in 9th,10th, and 12th grades will have an online learning day and will not be at school.
