Erma M. Arnold, 90, died at Richland Manor Nursing Home, Bluffton, at 5:45 a.m., Dec. 3, 2009. She was born March 3, 1919, to John D. and Josie Shaffer Miller in Monroe Township, Allen County. On Nov. 23, 1936, she married Arthur Arnold and he survives.
