The NW Ohio Low Brass Collective is a new group open to all trombone, euphonium/baritone and tuba players. It will start as a community/high school group, but with the right numbers will split into two separate entities.

If you want to play but you don't have an instrument, we may have an instrument you can use. The group's purpose is to provide more opportunities for high school students and to provide a sense of community among all local low brass players.

The conductor for The Low Brass Collective will be Dr. Sarah Waters, professor of music and conductor of the orchestra at Ohio Northern University. The March rehearsal will have guest conductor Tony Zilincik, professor of low brass at Capital University. He is also the coordinator and conductor of Columbus TubaChristmas.
