The March 10 meeting of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce demonstrated the opportunity to network not just with the folks sitting at your table, but to also hear from and reach out to all forty or fifty people in attendance.

At the March 10 Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce meeting, director Jim Enneking (upper left) passed the mic to a number of speakers including Kori Phipps, director of the Bluffton Child Development Center (top center), Laura Voth, United Way communications coordinator (top right), Erin Walsh Hardesty, director of the United Way of Greater Lima (lower left), Jesse Blackburn, Viilage Administrator (lower center), and Jenny Pilarowski, Ride to Remember volunteer (lower right).

The Cuts at Bluffton, a campus hair salon/barbershop for all hair types, is open with styles provided by barbers and stylists from Fresh N Faded in Lima.

Services include cuts, shampooing, line ups, color, conditioning treatments, two-strand twists and retwists, braids and more.

March 15 home opener; game one starts at 3:30 p.m.

AUBURNDALE, Fla.--The Bluffton University softball team finished up its slate of matchups in Florida on Friday, March 10, 2023, coming up short against Edgewood College and Benedictine University out of Illinois. Bluffton closed the week 5-5 as the Beavers prepare to head north.

Library fundraiser also includes silent auction

The Friends of the Bluffton Public Library will hold a Spring Tea and Silent Auction at 6:00 p.m.on Thursday, April 27 at the library, 145 S. Main.  

Tickets are $15 and will go on sale at the library on March 15. The event includes a formal tea, a light meal. The number of tickets is limited, so please get your tickets early.

Pastor Matt Nowak will lead the Wednesday evening Lenten Service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera, on March 15 at 7:00 p.m.
