Bench press competition at BFR
BFR will host a bench press competition starting at 9 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 14, at BFR.
Weigh in is from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Competition is from 10:30 a.m. until completed. A registration fee of $15 per person is required. Prizes will be awarded to theoverall winner in each of the following age groups:
o High School
o 18 to 39
o 40 and up
