Letters: It was a real sharp '49 Kaiser
Fred:
I don't remember many of my birthday's.... to me birthdays have never been a really big deal.
I really don't know why or what "I'm suppose happy about."
I remember when Kennedy got shot.
I remember 911
But, I don't remember when I born.....or if I was "happy."
I remember Mary and I were sent to.... the farm and stayed overnight with Grandma Steiner.
I remember seeing Pop Steiner coming down that long lane at "the farm" in a new "Ranger Grey" 1949 Kaiser.
Pop came in the house and said "it's a boy".
So that must have been you.
Whatever it means ".......Happy Birthday"
p.s.
That was a really sharp '49 Kaiser!
Your brother
Rudi
