-Officers responded to an injury traffic crash in the 300 block of S. Main St. Danielle Basinger, 16, of Columbus Grove was issued a citation for failing to yield the right of way and the case is pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.
-A newspaper carrier reported being threatened by an unknown male while delivering papers on Cherry St. 3rd
Citizens National Bank (CNB) this week named Sandy Nickels as VP/Project Manager.
In this position, Nickels will be responsible for the Operation Center's Project Department. Her main function will be scheduling and administering software projects and software systems bank wide.
"The leadership and organizational skills that Sandy has exhibited in past operational projects makes her an excellent choice to head up the bank's new project management team," said Janet Dukes, SVP/Chief Operations Officer for the institution.

Stratton Auto Sales, 220 N. Main St., Bluffton, announce their March special. It includes an oil and filter change, rotate all four tires, brake inspection and top off all fluids for $39.95.
Audrey Marshall, Courtney Barnett and Kristi Geiser perform on xylophones with the Bluffton High School concert band. The band performed during the March Bluffton senior citizens breakfast. Works works performed were pieces to be played during next Friday's contest. Click for a video.
