The last midweek Lent service will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church on Wednesday, April 9. 

The reading of Jesus' suffering is from Luke 23:26-56. The sermon is based on Psalm 51:6. under the theme: Remembering God's Perfect Demands.

Pastor Bob Krueger, from Immanuel Lutheran Church in Findlay will be the guest pastor. 

Hymns are " In Adam We Have All Been One; O Perfect Life of Love; and Your Works, Not Mine, O Christ."  The Choir will sing "At Calvary's Cross."

Apollo Career Center will hold its annual ApolloPalooza on April 10, 2025, 5:30-7 p.m. ApolloPalooza will showcase both the high school and adult education programs, celebrate Apollo's partnerships with local businesses, highlight Career Tech opportunities, its students and instructors. A highlight for this year's event is the opening of the New Public Safety building to the public. The event is free and open to the public.

The Bluffton Ohio Historical Society is inviting friends of Bluffton history to attend its monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9 at the Bluffton Sportsmen's Club, 405 N Spring St.

Secretary Scott Little notes, "As usual, there will be lots to discuss. We’ll have committee reports (Building, History Day, Finance, Acquisitions, Depot Rentals, Membership, Grant Writing, Budgeting and Communications). Also, be thinking about what name we want to call the Depot/Train Station.  Do we want a more official name?
