On Feb. 16, Boy Scouts from Troop 256 along with a couple Weblo's worked hard in both Bluffton and Beaverdam to remove snow from around residential fire hydrants.

Scoutmaster Dan Groman had asked Bluffton Chief of Police Rick Skilliter if the scouts could help remove the snow from around the fire hydrants. He said, "Yes! We've only been able to clear every third hydrant. Their help would be greatly appreciated!"

All the pancakes you can eat.

The 28th annual Bluffton Senior Citizens and Bluffton Lions Club pancake and sausage benefit is Saturday, March 6, at the Senior Center, 132 N. Main St.

The event is from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes all the pancakes you can eat, whole hog sausage, coffee, tea, juice or milk and applesauce.

Emmanuel United Church of Christ will hold its annual spring fish fry. The event is from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, March 12 at the church. The church is located at 8375 Phillips Road, Bluffton. Meals are $7 for adults and $3.50 for children.

This much we know: the vehicle is from Conneaut and it's a Bluffton University student car. We don't know Delylah, unless she's a girl friend or the pet name the driver uses to call the vehicle.
