Two Bald Bluffton Eagles

You are gazing upon two all-American birds - Bald Eagles. They were spotted by Bluffton Police Officer Rhodes on Friday afternoon. The birds were in Del and Susie Gratz's corn field along Augsburger Road. Watch the video.

BFR Tball Registration Underway

Summer Tee Ball registration is open until June 28. Boys who will be ages 5 or 6 and girls who will be ages 5, 6 or 7 by June 1 are welcome to register. BFR Tee Ball will be held at the Bluffton Village Park on
Tuesday and Thursday nights beginning July 5 and continuing to August 2.
Cost per child is $30 ($15 BFR member) and includes a team t-shirt.

Bluffton Hospital will host an American Red Cross blood drive in June.

The event is Wednesday, June 20, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. To make an appointment, call 1-800-RED CROSS or go to www.redcrossblood.org.

Mark Bourassa of Bluffton is one of seven contributors to "The College Union Idea, Second Edition," published in May.

It is the only comprehensive history of the college unions from their early start as debating societies to modern-day facilities at the heart of campus.
