Fitness Classes are suspended for the holidays and will resume on Monday, Jan. 4. Total Body Conditioning, a 30-minute strength class, will meet on Dec. 21, 22,23, 28, 29 and 30 from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
BFR fitness classes do not require registration and participants may attend for a $5 per visit charge.
