Beth Boehr-Miller launches new business
After working in the financial industry for over 20 years and recently becoming a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Counselor, Beth Boehr-Miller, of Bluffton, has launch a new business venture-Beyond Budgeting.
The idea for her business originated out of a growing need for individuals and couples from every income level to get a hold of their finances and live in financial peace.
While Boehr-Miller emphasizes the importance of establishing a monthly budget, she also plans to help her clients with other areas of their finances. Among her areas of expertise, include: cash-flow planning and debt elimination, savings and retirement plans, financial organization strategies, and financial counseling and goal planning.
She draws on her life experiences, offering practical tips and professional advice, as she works with her clients to develop a plan for their personal finances. She is especially motivated to offer this new service to the area in light of the current economic situation.
Boehr-Miller said, "So many times, people just need someone to encourage them and guide them forward. My goal is to teach basic financial principles and encourage lifestyle and behavior changes that offer a permanent fix to anyone's finances. I am excited for the opportunity to empower people with the financial skills and knowledge that they can apply immediately in order to change their future."
