BFR offers 5K training; sports camp afternoon fun
Become a runner at BFR! A new program is offered for people interested in training to complete a 5K. BFR's Walk to Run program includes 12 weeks of preparation for the 3.1 (5K) mile goal.
Groups meet at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays for warm-up, walking/running intervals, stretching, and lots of group support.

Afternoon fun available for youth in sport camps
BFR's afternoon activities are open to area youth involved in the upcoming Little Pirates' Basketball or tennis camps. BFR staff will transport the youth from the sport camp location to the BFR for lunch and activities. Cost is $40 per child for the 5 days (noon to 5 p.m.).
