Letter: 2024 Ride to Remember cinch sack donor thank you

Organizers of the 2024 Bluffton Ride to Remember extend their thanks to the following donors who provided items for 250 cinch sack "swag bags" for riders on the 10th annual event to raise funds for Bluffton bike and pedestrian pathways

In this series, the Icon presents the Bluffton Beyond Tomorrow comprehensive plan in eight segments, which can be found in full on the Village of Bluffton website HERE. The Bluffton Public Library has two print copies.

  • Projected Population Growth

Bluffton’s residents are its greatest asset. Understanding its demographics allows officials to make educated, equitable decisions that can affect the trajectory of the entire community. Race, sex, age, income level, educational attainment, and household demographics can all play a role in determining what a community needs to grow and thrive. This section seeks to grow the reader’s understanding of the population and identify possible trends and future projections.

Bluffton, Ohio Porchfest debuts on August 31

The musical phenomenon known as Porchfest has been adopted by Bluffton, Ohio. Coordinator Eric Reneker has shared this schedule on Facebook, with 26 slots for scheduled performances and open mic opportunities in Bluffton neighborhoods. Guidelines for being a good guest are included.

Christmas in July has become quite popular in the United States. You can find all kinds of celebrations from shopping sales to promotions around the theme of Christmas in the summer. A North Carolina summer camp was credited for starting the concept of Christmas in July in the United States.
