Lisa Rettig named human resource manager at Citizens National Bank
Citizens National Bank has named Lisa Rettig as Human Resource Manager.
Rettig had previously worked in the human resource department for CNB and rejoins the organization after working with other area organizations as a HR Generalist and VP of Finance and Human Resources.
J. Michael Romey, President/CEO, said of Rettig, "We're happy to welcome Lisa back to CNB and feel her knowledge of our organization will aid her in developing effective training programs and guiding new employees through the orientation process."
Rettig will be responsible for promoting and conducting human resource activities, including employment, employee relations, training and development.
She is a certified Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) and has a degree in business management with a human resource major from Rhodes State College.
With offices in Bluffton, Celina, Defiance, Elida, Findlay, Lima, Springfield and Van Wert, Citizens National Bank has assets totaling more than $565 million and has been serving the communities of West Central Ohio since 1920.
