Christian storyteller to perform at Bluffton
James Nagle, a storyteller from the Cleveland suburb of Lyndhurst, will present "Stories from the Road: Encounters with the Living God" at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, in Bluffton University's Yoder Recital Hall. The forum is free and open to the public.
Nagle is also an actor and playwright who has performed one-man shows as St. Francis of Assisi and Thomas Merton, the 20th-century Catholic monk and writer. Merton's spiritual journey is the subject of Nagle's one-act "Fourth and Walnut," which he has presented at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., among other venues. In addition, he has been a teacher and has toured nationally as Kimo the Clown.
