Margaret Thompson named AVP/ Branch Operations Coordinator at Citizens National Bank
Margaret Thompson has joined Citizens National Bank as Assistant Vice President/ Branch Operations Coordinator.
In this role, she is responsible for the daily retail operations function at CNB and will be working with all the branches in the bank's 10-county area.
Thompson has worked the past 34 years in various capacities on the operations side of banking. Janet Dukes, SVP/Chief Operations Officer, said, "We are excited to have Margaret join our CNB team. Her experience and knowledge of deposit operations fits well with the bank's strategy to work efficiently while providing our customers with the latest and best products and services."
Thompson is a graduate of the Central Michigan University Robert M. Perry School of Banking. Margaret and her husband, Daniel, reside in Ottawa along with their two children and two grandchildren.
