Katherine Jo Wilson was a 1972 Cory-Rawson High School graduate
Katherine Jo Wilson, 58, of Findlay died at 10:10 a.m. Aug. 27, 2012, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was born March 18, 1954, in Lima to Robert F. and Betty Davenport Walters. Her mother survives in Bluffton. On Sept. 23, 1995 she married John D. Wilson and he survives.
She worked with her husband at Customer Service Transport, Findlay. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and decorating. She was a 1972 graduate of Cory-Rawson High School.
Survivors also include a daughter, Penny (Jeff) Steegman of Bluffton, a son, Ryan (Crystal) Blackburn of Bluffton, five grandchildren, Kurtis, Abby, Emily, Kayla, and Ella, a great grandson, Aiden, and four sisters, Sue (Leo) Oliver of Findlay, Deborah (Wayne) Welch of Mt. Cory, her twin sister, Kathy (John) Nussbaum of Tucson, Ariz., and Robin (R.J. Cowdery) Walters of Columbus.
A funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Bluffton. Rev. David Lanquist will officiate. Burial will be in Clymer Cemetery, Mt. Cory.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice. Online condolences may be expressed at www.chiles-lamanfh.com
