Preschool Yoga class at public library Nov. 7, 14 and 21
The Bluffton Public Library will host a free Preschool Yoga exercise program for children age 2-6. Special guest instructor Rachel Stutzman will introduce basic yoga poses and breathing exercises during three sessions to be held Wednesday Nov. 7, 14 and 21 at 10 a.m. in the library’s lower level meeting room.
Advance registration for Preschool Yoga is requested. Parents or caregivers of children age three or older may choose to stay in the room during the class or wait on the main floor of the library. An adult must accompany children under age three. Each session is approximately 30 minutes.
