Health Trends, Ada, offers Zumba fitness classes for all levels
Health Trends, 123 E. Buckeye St., Ada, offers Zumba fitness classes several times each week, according to Lynne Scott. Zumba is a Colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.
Classes are offered:
• Mondays, 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
• Thursdays, 10-11 a.m. and 7-8 p.m.
AND
• Zumba Gold (for beginners) Thursdays, 9 to 9:40 a.m.
Health Trend hours are:
9 to 9 Mondays to Thursdays
9 to 6 Fridays
9 to 3 Saturdays
No membership is necessary for classes. Contact Scott at 419-558-1200.
