Meet Bluffton HS whiz quiz kids
It appears that the tradition will continue.
The "tradition" is a strong Bluffton High School academic team, coached by John George, Bluffton High School teacher. Over the years Bluffton's teams have made impressive showings in Northwest Conference, regional competition and at the state level.
This school year is no different. The Bluffton High School team recently finished second out of 16 teams at the TV 44 Whiz Quiz Winter Tournament.
Icon viewers need to wait a few months to enjoy these matches. George said that the matches will be broadcast in February and March of 2014.
Bluffton's team defeated a previously unbeaten Coldwater team in the semifinals, losing only to Findlay High School team in the final match.
