The Bluffton Lions club held its June 3 meeting volunteering at the VOSH-OHIO (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) Pandora, eye glasses recycling center in the United Methodist Church.
The evening included cleaning, sorting, evaluating and reading recycled eye glasses for preparation to distribute to underserved people throughout third-world countries.
Photo shows Lions Ed Yeager, Don Hostetler and Alan Yoder checking glasses on the lensometers. Members of the church provided the meal.
