Many special events planned for boys and girls at BFR
The week of July 14 at BFR Sports & Fitness will include special day programs for girls and boys.
Monday, July 14 will be the 2nd Annual Super Hero Day for boys entering kindergarten through grade 3. The program will include lots of fun, imaginative play and lunch from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Wednesday, July 16 will be the 6th annual Princess for a Day. Girls entering kindergarten through grade 3 will be pampered with a pedicure, hairstyle, make up, photo shoot and a fancy lunch all between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Both programs are limited to no more than 20 participants; registration is due Friday, July 11 for boys and Monday, July 14 for girls. Cost for the Super Hero program is $30 ($18 BFR member) and for the Princess Day is $35 ($20 BFR member).

Summer Membership Special Continues at BFR
Individuals looking for a summer workout location can get a deal at BFR Sports & Fitness. The summer membership special includes 4 months for the price of 3; cost is $89.67.
Membership includes access to the fitness center and training staff, plus use of the indoor track, as well as recreation time in the gymnasium and arena. BFR members also can attend any of the TBC (30 minute group workout programs) without any charge. TBC is offered Monday through Friday at 7:30 a.m. as well as on Thursday evenings at 6 p.m.

BFR is a private, non-profit organization supported by United Way funding. BFR offers group fitness classes, youth sport classes and leagues, adult recreational programming as well as offering memberships to the fitness center.
