Thunderstorms likely late afternoon and evening
This report from AEP:
A weather disturbance over Missouri will track toward Indiana today. Thunderstorms associated with the disturbance will encounter increasingly warm, unstable air over eastern Illinois and Indiana this afternoon.
AEP meteorologists expect a broken line of strong thunderstorms currently in western
Illinois to gradually intensify and expand northeast into I&M Power by late afternoon and 60
mile per hour wind gusts are likely with the most severe storms in the line. The storms will reach western Ohio this evening.
After dark the thunderstorms should weaken below severe limits before they move into
central Ohio overnight.
