OPEN THE KEEPING ACTIVE CALENDAR OF EVENTS IN THE ATTACHMENT BELOW.
Keeping Active includes six weeks of free use of the BFR indoor track, free attendance to group fitness classes, free access to recreational activities and free participation in learning session on exercise and nutrition as scheduled.
On Friday BFR will be set up with information booths and fun activities for families and adults. Family sport-based activities will also be held and the program called “MyPlate Bingo Challenge” will be introduced.
“MyPlate Bingo is a great way to work on adding exercise and making healthy eating choices during the Keeping Active program,” said Enneking. “Mark off the squares you complete and attempt to Coverall or Bingo for prizes.”
Persons may registered and pick up Bingo cards at the kick off event or from the BFR front desk.
