Several other reports are on the agenda. Jamie Mehaffie, village administrator, will update council on the following:
• Beaverdam Contracting has completed the water line replacement projects on Kibler and Garmatter. Both Kibler and Garmatter are scheduled to be resurfaced in 2016. Bluffton Paving will perform some sealing of joints to help the surface maintain until the resurfacing.
• Bluffton Paving started work on the village’s 2015 street maintenance program. They paved Jackson and Spring streets on Friday.
• Utility Service Group completed the painting of the east Bluffton water tower. The Bluffton University logo was painted on the tower.
• The village Service Department now has all the restroom facilities at the swimming pool (exterior) and parks open for the season. The department is also in process of opening the pool for the season.
