Interdyne and Trans Vac under new ownership
Environmental and industrial service companies Interdyne Corporation and Trans Vac, Inc. are under new ownership. Long-time employees Clint Rolland and Bill Bresson joined previous owners Dan Lucke and Brad Prater. Lucke and Powell Prater purchased the companies in 1989.
“I was pleasantly surprised when asked about joining ownership in the companies where I have worked the last 21 years” said Rolland, “I am excited for this opportunity to grow professionally and I am ready to face the challenges that come with this new responsibility.”
“This new owners group has been working together since 1995 and we have been handling the day-to-day operations for the past several years…so the transformation to ownership seemed like the appropriate next step,” states Bresson.
With safety as the primary core value, the new owners have plans to continue current operations while constantly working toward improving the level of customer service, expertise and company value.
Interdyne/Trans Vac is a leader in environmental services to the North East Region including Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee and West Virginia.
The companies specialize in pipeline services, industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, vacuum trucks, waste hauling, remediation and demolition. Interdyne and Trans Vac serve a wide variety of clients from industrial manufacturing, refineries and other industries, to transportation companies with 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year.
