Library says: "Take a hike"
Bluffton Public Library wants its patrons to take a hike - and the library staff means it.
Actually, it's a guide hike. It's at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 8, at The Quarry Farm Nature Preserve, 14321 Road 7L, Pandora. A rain date is Oct. 22.
The family-friendly event will include an approximately one-hour guided hike on the preserve.
Persons attending can visit farm animals, and will be followed by refreshments at the shelterhouse, courtesy of The Quarry Farm.
Persons planning to attend should contact the library to register.
This program is free and open to all ages, but some portions of the path may not be stroller-friendly.
