Rhonda S. Staley, 48 of Bluffton died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017. 

She was born on March 20, 1968 to William C. Nigh, Jr. and Sue F. Nigh. Rhonda married Dan Staley on Aug. 1, 1992, and he survives along with her mother, Sue F. Nigh of North Baltimore, three children; Bridgette G. Staley of Fostoria, Jared R. Staley of Minneapolis, Minn., and Nathaniel N. Staley of Bluffton.

She is also survived by three grandchildren; Gabrielle B. Garcia, Bruce W. Couch, Wayne D. Couch, two brothers William C. (Amanda) Nigh, III of McComb, Andrew J. (Andria) Nigh of Medina and two sisters; Abbie L. (Matt) Wymer of North Baltimore, Dawn M. Hemminger of McComb and her grandmother Dodie Nigh of North Baltimore.

She was preceded in death by her father William C. Nigh, Jr. 

Rhonda was a 1986 graduate of McComb High School.  She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and previously worked at Blakley Care Center and Bluffton Schools.  Rhonda loved to spend time with her grandchildren and was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Visitation will be held onTuesday, Feb. 7, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. at Smith-Crates Funeral Home, North Baltimore. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Art Niewiadomski officiating. 

Burial will follow in New Maplewood Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to Blanchard Valley Hospital.
