Bluffton school board to consider re-hire of Tim Closson after his spring retirement
NOTE: Bluffton school board moved this month’s meeting from Feb. 20 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 8.
Bluffton school board is notifying the public through a resolution that Tim Closson, elementary principal, will retire and seek re-employment in the same position this spring.
The notice, from the board’s Feb. 8, agenda follows:
Be it resolved by the Bluffton Exempted Village School District Board of Education that the Treasurer issue the following notice, on behalf of the Board, to the public in the same manner in which special meetings of the Board are publicized:
The Bluffton Exempted Village School District Board of Education hereby gives notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that, Timothy Closson, who is currently employed by the Board as Elementary Principal, will be retired and seeking re-employment in the same position following his retirement.
The Board will hold a public meeting on April 17, 2017, on the issue of reemployment of Timothy Closson as Elementary Principal following his retirement. That meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Bluffton Elementary Media Center.
The board will vote on that resolution on Feb. 8.
