Free BCE Dropbox workshop Friday morning
Do you use Dropbox to store documents, images and other files crucial to your business?
Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs will hold a free workshop on Dropbox at 8:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 10, following the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast. The workshop is in the third floor of the Bluffton town hall, 154 N. Main St.
Bluffton resident Brandon Rhodes, engineer at Dropbox, the industry-leading file collaboration service, will lead the workshop.
Rhodes will demonstrate five key features that users should make sure their file storage service offers, and how to keep data safe in the cloud.
Rhodes works with Dropbox to improve the tooling that accelerates the productivity of his fellow engineers.
Outside of Dropbox, he is best known at conferences for users of the Python programming language, where he offers talks and tutorials that help other programmers learn more about their craft.
This year he is conference chair of the worldwide PyCon 2017 conference held in May in Portland, Oregon.
