Bluffton University to host basketball skills camp
The Bluffton University women’s basketball team will host a Skills Camp Monday, June 26 through Thursday, June 29. The camp is open to girls entering grades 2-8. The first session will be for participants entering grades 2-4 and will take place from 9 a.m.-noon all four days. The second session will be for participants entering grades 5-8 and will take place from 1-4 p.m. each day.
The cost for session 1 is $55 per camper while session 2 costs $65 per camper and payment must be received by June 15. Registration forms can be found at bluffton.edu/athletics/camps.html
The four-day camp gives girls the opportunity to focus on skill development with an emphasis on fundamentals, proper shooting technique, and offensive and defensive instruction. The camp will provide a fun and competitive atmosphere where they will learn from players and coaches.
