Bluffton Primary Care opens Monday
Blanchard Valley Medical Practices, a division of Blanchard Valley Health System will open its new office, Bluffton Primary Care, 161 Garau St., on Monday, Nov. 13.
Renovations to the building are finishing this week.

Dr. Leah Eiden will be re-locating her medical practice to Bluffton from Putnam County Primary Care in Ottawa. Dr. Eiden graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
She completed her internship and residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Eiden is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
“Dr. Eiden is an exceptional fit for our Bluffton practice. Not only does her family reside there but her children also attend the local schools,” explained Shroll. “She is committed to providing experienced, compassionate care to the community.”
