Where were you Tuesday evening?
Chance are if you live in Bluffton, Beavedam or Pandora, you were at the National Night Out celebration at the Bluffton swimming pool.
Citizens, law enforcement agencies, community groups, businesses, youth organizations and local, state and federal officials from 16,377 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories and military bases worldwide joined forces to celebrate the 34th Annual National Night Out (NNO) – a community crime and safety event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch.
Nationally, 38.6 million people participated in NNO 2017.
And, an estimated 2,000+ participants celebrated in Bluffton. This year was Bluffton's fifth annual NNO.
